Nicole is a recent graduate of Concord High School. She was selected as a 2nd Team All-State Utility Player and 1st Team All-Conference. She also used her leadership skills as this year’s team captain. She was a member of the Yearbook Committee and worked for the YMCA Schools Out Program at Darley Road Elementary School. On her own time Nicole enjoys playing softball, photography, listening to music, and just being with family and friends. She will attend Wilmington College this fall.
Ashley is a St. Mark’s High School graduate where she was a two-time 1st Team All-State Selection Player as a pitcher. Currently she is in her fourth year at Seton Hall where she is studying to be an Occupational Therapist with a minor in Psychology. Ashley has played the role of utility for Seton Hall, but has found that centerfield and closer are her two primary positions. During her career at Seton Hall she has attended three Big East Softball Championships and won two out of three of those championships. Seton Hall’s softball team holds one of the highest GPA’s in the nation. During her own time Ashley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, going to the beach, and reading. Ashley will continue in her senior year at Seton Hall this fall
Kristina is a recent graduate of Cape Henlopen where she was a member of the National Honor Society and maintained an A average while playing three sports and still finding time to be a volunteer. She is also a three-time All-State Selection at First Base, led the State her senior year in homeruns, RBI’s, and Slugging Percentage. She was voted MVP in field hockey, swimming, and softball which show her versatility and success in all three sports. She was also honored with Female Athlete of the Year at Cape Henlopen. Kristina enjoys playing sports, working out, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends during her free time. In the fall she will be continuing her education at Fairfield University in Connecticut.
Kristin recently graduated from Sussex Central High School where she focused her studies on animal science and achieved high honors in FFA and academic studies. She played four years of softball, three at the Varsity level, and earned 1st Team All-State recognition for Outfield. She was also a member of the field hockey team for four years. Kristin enjoys working with others and is an avid volunteer within her community. Her hobbies include sports, scrap booking, traveling, listening to music and spending time with family and friends. Kristin will be continuing her education at Wilmington College this fall.
Hope is a recent graduate of Sussex Technical High School where she studied Children’s Education and Services and Media Broadcasting. She was the captain of both her field hockey and softball teams. Hope was selected to 1st Team All-State her freshman, sophomore, and senior years and was selected to 2nd Team All-State her junior year. She was also a 2nd Team All-State selection for field hockey during her senior year. Hope was the Vice President of the National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society, participated in Fellowship of Christian Athletes and was an anchor on the school’s morning news show. Hope enjoys living by the beach, crafty and creative projects, watching movies, playing spors, and hanging with friends and family. In the fall she will be attending Shippensburg University and majoring in Biology in hopes to become a pharmacist in her future.
Bethany is currently a student at Delaware Valley College where she was a 1st Team All-Conference Selection for softball and also a 2nd Team All-Conference Selection and Rookie of the Year for field hockey. In her freshmen season with the Aggies she led the team in homeruns and slugging percentage and was 2nd in runs scored. Bethany made the Dean’s List both semesters of her freshmen year, is a member of the Lions Club and Animal Science Society, and still finds time to volunteer. In her free time Bethany enjoys being with family and friends, playing sports, running, working with horses, and listening to music. Bethany will continue her studies and athletic play with the Aggies at Delaware Valley College this fall.
Jessica is a recent graduate of Cape Henlopen High School where she excelled on the athletic field, in the classroom, and in the community. Throughout high school she participated as a tri-sport athlete in softball, basketball, and field hockey. As a 4-year varsity starter Jessica plays pitcher and centerfield. As a sophomore Jessica was a 2nd Team All-Broward pitcher, leading Western High School to a district championship. During her junior year she led her team at the plate totaling 5 homeruns for the season. In her senior year Jessica participated in the Blue-Gold softball game. On her own time Jessica enjoys working out, going to the beach, playing and watching sports, reading, and singing. Jessica will be attending Howard University in the fall on a softball scholarship. While there she plans on majoring in finance and international business.
Amanda recently graduated from Sussex Central High School. She was not only a member of both her high school’s field hockey and softball teams, but was also a member of the Honor Society and a Peer Tutor. Amanda is also involved in Stockley Stride, and volunteers at a middle school and as a coach at the gym. In her free time she enjoys weight training, reading, and running. Amanda will be continuing her academic and athletic career at Wheeling Jesuit University.
